Everyone I have ever spoken with has been super knowledgeable, patient in explaining things and they gave literally resolved all of my issues in one call. Today I called and spoke to Kerry, in one short call she had my new car setup and had emailed my new ID cards to me. I know peoples time is more valuable than ever now and this branch gets it. I got a letter from my mortgage company saying I needed to increase my coverage and they got it taken care of immediately, along with educating me on additional protection I didn't know I needed. Kerry also sent my lender proof of my insurance immediately. The service there is not only above and beyond, but they are a pleasure to speak to and work with."

He actually went above and beyond by calling my apartment complex to ensure everything was set up correctly for me! The whole process was incredibly quick, easy and pleasant. "Kerry with Chad Richard's office was such a sweetheart. I got a notice from my rental agency stating my renter's insurance has expired and it's in my contract to keep renter's insurance and they need proof that I'm insured within the next 5 days. I'm driving, on my way to work and called State Farm, left a message. Kerry returned my call about an hour later and assured me I was still insured because I'm on a monthly automatic draft and she would be happy to email my rental agency proof of my insurance immediately and she would CC'd me as well. Stress level gone! She took care of it for me! That was easy! 😁👍🏾 Thank you Kerry for being so helpful and doing it with a smile! (because I heard you smiling through the phone!) Renee"
