"Destiny White and Kerry Smith are incredible!! Usually, I never give reviews, especially for insurance, but I think a good review is in order. First of all, we have been with Chad Richard's State Farm agency for many years for all our insurance needs from home, cars, life insurance etc. Every time we need help, Kerry has always been front and center. She even stayed on the phone with me after hours after my daughter's accident which was not her fault. It was a disaster and she stayed on with me and took care of every single detail. My daughter is fine and everything worked out well. When life gives us lemons, I always go directly to Kerry. In fact, her name and telephone number is always stuck to the side of my refrigerator. Kerry has always treated me like the most important customer as they treat all their customers this way. I know I can call or text Kerry anytime. As you know, life is busy and Kerry has texted me several times to remind me of payments or discounts on my policies due to changes in status etc. I've heard horror stories from other people and their insurance companies, but thank goodness that is not my experience. Both agents are professional and on task making sure everything is thoroughly examined and has gone above and beyond more than I can count. I started working with Destiny last year. I was researching options for life insurance. It is overwhelming and I did not know the best option for our situation. Destiny took much time with us. I think it took my husband and I 8 months to finally find the best policy for my family and I. Destiny and Kerry know their business and I found out that they take advantage of extra certification and classes to learn their trade. For example, they know when something has changed and keep up with the trends and constant information. Chad Richards provides these classes and certifications to ensure his agents are on top of the game. Destiny educated me on each option and was able to answer all my questions. If she was not 100% sure of the answer, she would get back to me that day or the next day. I was never rushed or misled as I mentioned it took my husband and I 8 months to finally make a decision. Destiny understands that we are investing our money and trust in her knowledge of insurance. She made sure every single question was answered and verified. That is extremely important and comforting in such a world we live in where there's so much information and most of it is not necessarily correct. I fully recommend working with these two wonderful insurance agents. I often hear my friends complaining and I am always glad to say that never happens to us. One more thing, a couple of years ago, regarding my daughter's accident which was very frightening. My daughter was hit very hard and thankfully she survived with a few bumps and bruises. I remember talking to Kerry from the hospital. I was a bit overwhelmed and was dealing with the person who hit my daughter's insurance company that was anything but professional and quite horrible. I realized after everything calmed down and Kerry straightened everything out and even called frequently to see how my daughter was doing. She was dealing with a mother (me) at her worst moment. I don't know how she did it. Since then, she never forgets my birthday as I receive a birthday card from her every year saying: "With love, Kerry." In other words, Kerry can definitely handle it."

"We have been clients of Chad Richards office for close to 20 years. We have always had great experiences from developing policies to filing claims. They insure a variety of items for us from home and vehicles to trailers. I can always count on Kerry to provide me with a COI that is often needed in my line of work. Kerry responds quickly to emails and phone calls often making me feel as if I am their only customer, but I know they are working just as hard for all of their clients regardless of the policy size."

"Chad Richards is not there for his customers when they truly need him with a claim. I have been a customer of Chad Richards for over a decade. When I needed him the most, he was not there for me. November 7, 2024, my husband and I were in a serious auto accident where we were rear-ended by another State Farm customer. While the other driver was immediately found to be at fault, I have been having to fight with State Farm every step of the way. For the first two months, Chad was not able to spare even 5 minutes to speak with me. Then, when he did start talking with me, he gave me wrong information. So, after 3 months of going nowhere with the claim, Chad’s office tells me that I should have filed under my own insurance as they would have more insight as to what was going on with claims, could help more, and I could use the “Appraisal” clause. Three MONTHS after telling me not to file under my own insurance. I open a claim under my insurance, and was able to settle on the total loss of my car for more money than was originally offered, but much less than my car was worth at the time of the accident. Once we settled on the total loss of our car, we went out and purchased another car. Upon picking the car up, I called Chad’s office to get the new car insured. They took the information and assured me the new car was covered. Two weeks later, I am looking at my account and notice that my old car is still listed and my new one is not listed. I call and speak with Chad’s office and they FORGOT to put the insurance through on the new car. I had been driving around with only the “grace period” coverage on my car. We ended up switching to a new state farm agent and went into their office to set up insurance on the new car and was told it was completed. Several weeks later we found out that the same thing happened and the new car was not put on our policy and we were driving uninsured. This has been a full-time job dealing with State Farm and all the hoops they have made and are continuing to make me jump through. If it was not for my persistence and daily calls, I do not think we would have had any settlement on the car. State Farm will do everything they can to not pay a claim and when do offer a settlement, it will be far less than what is fair. We are now going to have to deal with the medical claims and I expect more problems. Getting an attorney and having them take 1/3 of the offer off the top was not a viable option. The only thing State Farm is good at is collecting their money every month, but what good is insurance if they don’t pay out on a claim when something happens?"

"When we moved out here about two years ago, we asked our friends and neighbors for recommendations on what insurance company they had for their home and cars. The name that came up the most was Chad Richard’s State Farm insurance! All I can say is we are so grateful we made the right decision to go with them. I had inquired about their financial services that I had seen in an email from them. I was put in contact with Patty Gardner. All I can say is she has been a great resource for us. I was going to be turning 65 years old soon, and Patty explained in detail all the different Medicare options that were available. She also explained the steps required if and when I apply for Social Security. Thanks Patty and State Farm! Very highly recommended!!"

"I honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! It’s my first time being on my own insurance policy and they made sure the process went as smooth as possible and made sure to explain everything every step of the way. "Chad and his team are amazing! I have had the pleasure of working with them for my vehicle insurance needs for the past few years, and they have assisted me in a timely and professional manner whenever I have unfortunately required assistance. This morning I called the office to inquire about windshield replacement due to an errant rock strike on the highway, and Kerry had me off the phone and my case started and safelite calling me all within 4 minutes of letting her know what my issue was!!
